Framlingham College Chapel is at the very heart of the College – both Spiritually and Geographically. As a school with a Christian Foundation, we honour our heritage but also celebrate a modern world that is inclusive and supportive of all Faiths, Creeds and Philosophies.
The spiritual life of the College is vibrant, engaging and central to all that pupils and staff undertake while at Framlingham. In real terms there are services in the Chapel on Monday’s, Thursday’s and on all High and Holy days. The Prep school meet weekly on a Wednesday in Brandeston Church for midweek meditations. The wider community of parents and friends of the College also meet in the chapel on Fridays for Soul Food and on the first Monday of the month for Mindfulness and silent prayer.
The Chaplain, Rev Brynn Bayman, serves the entire community of pupils on both sites, parents and all staff. With experience in Counselling, Mindfulness teaching, Life Coaching and a diploma from the Priory Hospital in Corporate Stress Management, the Chaplain (AKA Rev B) plays a key supportive role in the pastoral care of the community.
