PREP SCHOOL
Drawing on the best elements of the National Curriculum, our broad and balanced Independent Curriculum suits all ability levels and age groups.
It provides the children with a stimulating learning experience across all aspects of the curriculum, preparing them for Common Entrance at 13+ and Scholarships at 11+ and 13+.
It also provides opportunities for each pupil to develop the qualities of: Confidence; Creativity; Curiosity; Discernment; Global awareness; Independent thinking; Resilience; Self-motivation; Self-respect; Tolerance and empathy.

SENIOR SCHOOL
Breadth of study underpins our Years 9 to 11 programme and pupils are encouraged to maintain a sense of diversity within their A Level choices.
After studying a wide range of subjects in Year 9, Pupils commence GCSE courses in Year 10 and this involves three or four options in addition to the core subjects..
The majority of Sixth Form pupils study four subjects in Year 12 and continue with three subjects in Year 13. However, particularly able pupils might continue with all four subjects in Year 13.
International pupils in Year 12 can study towards the British Council International English Language Test System (IELTS), Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) or Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) examinations.
Pupils in Years 10 and 12 also have the opportunity to complete a highly regarded Project Qualification, whilst the Scholars’ Programme covers all year levels in the Senior School.
We teach the following range of subjects in Years 9 to 11: Art and Design (Fine Art, Photography and Textiles); Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science; Design and Technology; Drama; English Language (GCSE only); English Literature; English as a Second Language; Geography; History; Latin; Mathematics; French; Spanish; Music; Personal, Social Health Education; Physical Education; Physics and Religious Studies.
And the following additions in the Sixth Form: Business; BTEC Business; BTEC Computing; Economics; Further Mathematics; History of Art; BTEC Music and Music Technology; Philosophy; Psychology and BTEC Sports Science. We will also be launching Politics A Level in September 2020.
