On Monday 12 November, all pupils in year 7 had the opportunity to share their recent projects on Remembrance. Every pupil has researched a man or woman linked to one of the world wars. In many cases, pupils chose individuals from their own families, or from their local village. The range of artefacts and memorabilia on display was incredible. Pupils were able to talk confidently to visitors, sharing personal stories and photographs to illustrate their findings. A truly inspirational morning, highlighting how the younger generation are able to connect with their ancestors and share their stories of war. Many thanks to all parents for their support with the projects and for visiting this morning.
