The U16 girls won the Suffolk County Indoor title for the third year in a row on Monday.

The girls faced RHS in game one and after a slow start began to dominate the game with Emma Williamson carrying decisively down the right hand side creating a number of chances for the forward Lamar to finish off. A comfortable win mean’t that a win against Culford would secure a place in the East Finals.

It was Culford who started the brightest and with three minutes gone Framlingham had slipped to a 2-0 deficit only to regain their composure and claw their way back into the game. The second half saw a more composed performance and the final score of 8-2 reflected the balance of play.

They girls go on to play at the East Finals on Saturday 30th November
