Year 10 pupil, Poppy Mayall, has been selected to represent England in the 2017 EU Nations Junior Women Water Polo Tournament in Prague on the 21st-23rd April. The team have been drawn in Group B and will have Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Demark as their opponents.
Poppy will also be playing in the ASA National Age Group Championships in Liverpool in early April, representing Otter.
Director of Sport, Nick Gandy, commented that, ‘Poppy is an exceptional athlete in a number of sporting disciplines and we are absolutely delighted that she has been selected to represent her country. We are very proud of her achievements.’
