Congratulations to Upper Sixth student Jack Gionis who has been awarded a scholarship to study Composition at The Royal College of Music, London.

Jack is a member of Aldeburgh Young Musicians, an advanced training course for exceptional young musicians, and plays an active role in the creative life of the music department at Framlingham College, as well as various ensembles in his local community. We look forward to hearing Jack’s work continue to grow, and supporting his musical development in the future.

Framlingham College Headmaster, Paul Taylor said, “Everyone at the College is so thrilled for Jack. He joined the College from Stradbroke High School as one of our Pembroke (100%) Scholars and he has more than justified that support through the way he has engaged so fully in everything this school has to offer. He is an exceptional musician and an exceptional young man who fully deserves this award.”
