Sixteen-year-old Abby Gooderham was in action for the England U18s this weekend, scoring her first international goal in a series of three victories, including a win over the Scotland U21 development team. Molly Redgrove, also 16, represented England U16s playing in three matches beating Ulster 2-0 and 5-0, and Scotland 3-0.

Framlingham College Director of Sport, Simon Sinclair said, “On the back of the recent success of Molly Redgrove and Rose Winter with England U16s, we are delighted that Abby has also had her opportunity with England U18s. Abby has had an exceptional year playing for Harleston Magpies in the National League, representing the school in the National Schools Indoor U16 competition and 1st team. She also represented the College at the National Schools Tennis Finals in Bolton. Abby is a talented all-rounder who is really committed to her hockey but also manages to balance her academic studies as well. We are extremely pleased with how all three students are developing and they have exciting times ahead!”
