During the two weeks between 6th and 17th November schools around the country undertook the Bebras National Computational Thinking Challenge. Approximately 150,00 pupils attempted a set of age related tasks. The problems tested problem-solving skills and techniques that software engineers use to write programs and apps.

The Prep School entered 21 pupils, who used the iPads on Tuesday 14th November to complete the challenge. The results were published at the end of last week and we are delight to find that we achieved 7 Certificates of Merit and 7 Certificates of Distinction. Special mention must go to Seth Faulkner and Jim King who along with their Certificates of Distinction were crowned Best in School for their respective age groups.
