Maths Winter Workshop

Friday 26 Jan 2018

The Saturday morning workshop for keen young mathematicians began by cracking iceberg puzzles before solving the mystery of the ski -lift saboteur. After viewing some clips of Winter Olympic icons such as Eddie the Eagle and Torvill and Dean the avid sleuths went on to crack codes in teams to find out more about the Winter Olympics. The morning was rounded off with a whale of a number game called Mobi. The Saturday morning workshop for keen young mathematicians began by cracking iceberg puzzles before solving the mystery of the ski -lift saboteur.
