Senior Lifeguards | Framlingham College

We require two confident and highly motivated Senior Lifeguards to join our busy team at Framlingham College Sports Centre.

Summary

As a Lifeguard, successful candidates will ensure the safety of all bathers of the pool by preventing and responding to emergencies, as well as general in-house cleaning duties. In addition, those appointed will assist the Manager and Duty Manager in the professional day-to-day running of the centre. In this customer-facing role we are looking for those who can engage with our members, enhance their experience and exceed their expectations. 

Hours of work will be a minimum of 25 each week (across 5 shifts), this is on a year-round basis. These are straight shifts which include weekends, early mornings and evenings. Shift patterns are worked between from 5:30am and 10:00pm. The salary will be based on £10.00 per hour. 

We offer a supportive working environment, as well as free lunch each day the kitchen is operational. There are a number of other benefits available including a contributory pension scheme.
