We are seeking a highly organised and proactive secretary to join our team in a role essential to the effective operation of the school. The successful candidate must be able to present a calm and professional manner, with a flexible approach to the job and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast moving environment. Effective communication is essential, together with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week over 5 days, plus a Saturday morning every other week during term time. Weekday shifts are either 08.00 – 16.30 or 09.15 – 17.45, on a rota basis. This is working term time (33 weeks) plus 14 weeks during school holidays. Salary is £25,056 per annum, based on an hourly rate of £12.11.
