We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-organised and highly motivated rugby coach to develop the game from Year 3 through to Year 13. Starting in September 2020 the role is on a fixed term basis for the Autumn Term 2020 and Spring Term 2021 initially. Candidates should have played and/or coached rugby at a high level and will have a demonstrable track record of success in the game. The ability to teach an academic subject, engage in pastoral duties, coach other sports, or, play a role in the development of young athletes (e.g. strength & conditioning, sports therapy), may also be advantageous. There will be significant scope for the successful candidate to raise the profile of rugby at the College by running coaching camps, masterclasses etc., as well as the potential for the right candidate to become Head of Rugby in the future. A willingness to make a full contribution to life in this busy boarding school is essential.
