We require a talented Personal Assistant to fully support the Principal in all areas of school life, acting as first point of contact and managing calls and visits with consummate authority, diplomacy and warmth.


The post is offered on a one-year fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity starting September 2022. The office is a particularly busy one and the successful applicant must be prepared to work under pressure to maintain an atmosphere of friendly, courteous and good-humoured efficiency. 

The Principal has an extremely full programme of work and requires a certain amount of judicious ‘protection’. The post entails high levels of confidentiality and public relations skills. You will have the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels as you will be required to work closely with Admissions, Marketing and HR as well as regular liaising with the Senior Deputy Head and Senior Leadership Team across both schools.

This is a year-round role working 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, however, in this high profile role, there will be need for flexibility and additional hours as necessary.
