We are looking for a confident and motivated Apprentice to join our thriving Nursery and Early Years Department.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, patience and warmth with a genuine interest in working in early education. You will be providing day-to-day support to members of the Nursery team as well as studying towards the Level 3 Early Years qualification.
The role will be working 30 hours per week, to be worked as per the department needs, plus any study days as the course dictates. Working hours are between 08.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. This will be a fixed-term contract for the 18-month duration of the apprenticeship.
The annual salary for the first year of the apprenticeship is £13,046 (based on an hourly rate of £6.69), into the second year the salary will be based on the statutory apprenticeship rate, which is age-dependent.
