Aqua Aerobics is a form of exercise which provides cardiovascular conditioning by increasing your pulse and your breathing rate. Every move works against the resistance of the water helping you to burn calories, improve your fitness whilst supporting your joints to avoid putting them under to much strain.
Aqua circuits is for those who prefer a more targeted workout in an Aquatic setting. Aqua circuits classes are the aquatic equivalent to circuits in the gym. Based on a range of activities and movements, participants use equipment such as weights and specialised floats and move between stations to tone specific muscle groups.
A multi-stationed group exercise class that combines cardiovascular fitness with muscular strength and endurance. A qualified instructor leads a dynamic and challenging workout designed to work on all the basic elements of fitness
Pure Core will target your abs, obliques, and glutes to help improve posture, balance, and stability. This investment in your core enhances your ability to lift heavier and achieve optimal performance in all physical feats.
Spin is a cardio workout set to music and led by a qualified instructor. On a stationary bike this allows you to increase or decrease pedal resistance and intensity is adapted to suit all fitness levels. A class that really raises the heart rate in a group environment providing camaraderie and social support for all.
Classes are conducted by a qualified instructor who will work with you to develop a program and swimming programme to suit your abilities and goals. Perfect for improving movement, coordination, muscle tone and swimming stroke technique.
