Across both Framlingham Prep School and Framlingham College there are a large variety of activities and societies for pupils to get involved in, such as Art, Bands, Choirs and Percussion, and Sports (Football, Athletics, Hockey, Rugby, Cricket, Netball, Golf and Squash) that run all the way through from Framlingham Prep School into Framlingham College.
From Years 3 to 13, pupils have several timetabled opportunities each week to try out Skill-based Activities. This rich and varied “Learning for Life” programme includes sessions in drama, ballet, gardening, fencing, cookery, coding, critical thinking, drone flying, debating and Model United Nations.
From Years 9 to 11, these Skill-based Activities are on two afternoons a week. A third is devoted to Volunteering, meaning that all of our Year 9 pupils take part in the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. In Year 10, Volunteering involves participation in the Framlingham Community Service Programme or the College’s Combined Cadet Force (CCF).
