Pandemic Information
The College is currently experiencing an unusually high level of sickness amongst students due to what appears to be a flu like viral infection. Although medical opinion is that this is not swine flu, we need to deal with the fact that it appears to be infectious and can make students feel very unwell for a period of a few days. We are therefore following the protocol indicated in my letter issued at the start of term (Please see link below).
All parents are requested to keep children at home if they show signs of illness until cleared by a doctor to return, and a minimum of 48 hours. If a child becomes ill while at school we are contacting parents and asking that they return home until well. We would greatly appreciate the co-operation of all parents and guardians at this time to ensure the College continues to operate as normal.
